Jeg tror forøvrig den norske debatten har hatt relativt liten innvirkning på unges holdninger til rus, og at internasjonale popkultur og lovendringer har spilt en langt større rolle. Svaret bør ikke være å lukke øynene for virkeligheten, men å være løsningsorientert.

Quick idea for a Disqus replacement for self-hosted blogs; a simple plugin that makes it possible for Mastodon / Pleroma (etc) users to comment on a blog post, using their federated account. The author defines the toot they want the comments to be associated with, and they'll appear in Mastodon as well.
A photography blog could do the same with the upcoming @pixelfed.
This adds the possibility to ⭐ and boost posts directly from the blog, too.
Is this technically possible?
I'm not convinced that anyone who is a truly critical thinker can subscribe to a single political ideology. For very long, that is. Most ideologies are designed to appeal to certain obvious biases. While it's not possible to avoid bias, it's definitely possible to know that you're being irrational about an idea. You might still embrace and defend it, but with time, you'll hopefully drop it, because you come to understand that you're lying to yourself.
Work day is over. I'm coding a backend and there is no frontend yet, so I'm writing tests for all the API endpoints. I used to hate the idea of test driven development because it wasn't my idea of fun, but with age and experience, this has ceased to be a hobby, and my code style has become more formal. I don't take shortcuts or leave loose ends anymore, and testing is a good way of ensuring that you're not taking shortcuts and that your loose ends are tied up neatly.
