@linhares The problem is difficult to solve, because we've constructed a society that needs brains attached to computers instead of living breathing human beings that use their bodies in order to subsist, like they evolved to do.
@thor one hour of exercise a day is just enough imho
@linhares I always felt that jobs should be designed in such a way that physical activity becomes a natural part of the work, but that's difficult to do without living like the Amish. I don't really know how you'd go about to make the world fully physical.
