I basically ignore all Hollywood movies except those that are a bit out of the usual. Films I watched not too long after their release include Independence Day, Men in Black, the Star Wars prequels, the Matrix trilogy, the Lord of The Rings trilogy, Pixar's movies (except Cars and various sequels and spin-offs) and Wreck-It Ralph. I just finished Ready Player One. Not a deep movie but a fun one to watch. It felt like an allegory for the Internet in some ways.
