I'm such a boring guy. When I have time off, I just stay at home most of the time, and I actually enjoy it very much. Everything is exactly the way I want it. The seating is comfortable. The food and drink is impeccable. The thermostat is just right. The lighting is perfect. No one bugs me. There is a bed and a couch available. All my favourite possessions are nearby. Why would I ever want to leave? Nowhere else is likely to be more comfortable.
@thor maybe just for some actual human interaction? But I totally understand you.. I'd like to spend a week at home doing whatever I want.. 😅
@frode I've been interacting with humans every day for years, with no means of escape. It's called having a job.
I also have a flatmate. He's the sort that never starts conversations, but joins in if you start them first. This is convenient for me, because I get to pick when to have them.
He is also rather uninvested in the living room, so I can pretty much do whatever I want to it. We rarely get in each other's hair.
It's a good arrangement.
